What happens when you put six anointed women of God together to serve His children? You get KinderCAP Preschool! I can't tell you how blessed I am to be a part of this preschool! As the director and the 4/5 year old class teacher, I get to see first hand how God is working in the lives of the children He's blessed us with, their families, and of course the teaching staff. KinderCAP Preschool is AMAZING and I love being able to impart to the children that God loves them and has a plan for their lives while ensuring that they are more than ready for Kindergarten upon graduation.
I have taught Kindergarten, 1st grade and 4th grade in the public schools and I was a preschool teacher at High Bridge Christian Community Preschool. This is my 12th year at KinderCAP and I'm looking forward to another 10! I am a member of Millington Baptist Church where I am presently the co-director of children's ministries. |

Working for KinderCAP Preschool has been a true blessing for me. I enjoy being a part of young children's lives, helping set the foundation for a sense of security, encouraging friendship, independence, and spiritual growth as well as academics. This will be my sixth year with KinderCAP and I truly enjoy working here. The Staff is wonderful, the program is wonderful and the children that enter are blessings from God who touch our hearts year after year. |

Debbie DiNizio has been with KinderCAP for the past 6 years. She started as a substitute assistant in 2003 for the 3/4 and 4/5 year old classes. In 2004 she became the 4/5 year old class assistant. Prior to this she has been a stay at home mom, an after school day care provider, a volunteer in the Clinton Twp. School system as the class parent for both her children while they attend Spruce Run and also Patrick McGahren. She also was a volunteer in the Patrick McGahren library on an ongoing basis for 5 years, and 1 year as a reading & writing lab helper when her daughter was in 4th grade.
Debbie has lived in Clinton Twp. for the past 21 years. She has a husband and 2 children, a son 19 years old and a daughter 17 years old. She attends church at Zion Lutheran Church in Oldwick.
When asked what makes her job here rewarding she stated... "Every new school year brings children with different and distinct personalities, learning abilities and attention spans. I find it truly amazing the difference in these children from the start of the school year to the end of the school year. Watching how much these children grow, learn and become a true family of friends makes my job extremely rewarding, and I am not only proud but also honored to be a part of their life. |

School Secretary
Raegan Indyk has been the school secretary at KinderCAP for 4 years. Her responsibilities include tuition, fund raisers, organizing field trips, supporting the teachers with projects and other various items. She also helps out in the classroom on Fridays. Raegan is married with two children. She is a member of South Ridge Community Church where she serves in the children's music and drama ministry. She has been a Christian for several years and loves working with children. |
